PICT Opens Free Exchange Library

PICT has established a free exchange library open to all members and course participants. Located at PICT headquarters in the 3rd arrondissement, the exchange library was inaugurated on October 28, 2020, during the fourth session of the 18-hour PICT course, “Les Ballets Russes and the 20th Century Dance Revolution.”

All PICT members and course participants are welcome to visit the library during course hours or by appointment. The books in the collection are free for all to take away with no obligation of return. In addition, members and participants are encouraged to donate their own unused books to the the library for the benefit of others. The current collection is based on an initial donation by PICT co-founders Evrim Emir-Sayers and David Selim Sayers, consisting mainly of English and French literature and a small selection of non-fiction, children’s books, and travel guides.
