NURIT POLLAK is a Natural Nutritionist and motivational speaker based in Tel Aviv, Israel. Originally from Lima, Peru, she left home at the age of 17 in pursuit of her dream of exploring the world.
Nurit entered the world of Complementary Medicine during a period of extreme sickness after an unexpected reaction to a bone marrow transplant. Turning to Alternative Medicine in the absence of conventional solutions, she embarked on a journey that introduced her to a number of healers and inspired her to become one of them. Since attaining a degree in Nutrition Studies from Reidman College, Tel Aviv in 2011, Nurit has been working with clients from all over the world and developing projects such as a Corporate Wellness Program to combat the effect of stress and bad food at corporate offices, and, with her family in Peru, a Nutrient Dense Powdered Soup to fight malnutrition in countries facing food crises. In 2015, against all medical odds, Nurit became the proud mother of a baby girl.
