Hector Ulloque co-organizes Colombian Film Festival

From October 10 to 16, 2018, PICT co-founder and core faculty member Hector Ulloque co-organized the 6th edition of “Panorama du Cinéma Colombien,” the annual Parisian film festival celebrating the achievements and diversity of Colombian cinema. The festival offered a rich program of short and feature-length films, concerts, and opportunities for discussion with directors and other film professionals.
