AMBAR VELASCO is a painter and illustrator based in Paris, France. Her artistic interests span drawing, painting, sustainable art, and art theory, while her interest in fashion extends to knitting and the runway.
Ambar holds a BA in Creative Writing from San Francisco State University (2018) and a Licence in Plastic Arts from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (2023). Since Fall 2018, she has co-created and organized sustainable art classes at Jour et Nuit Culture, an artist residency in the heart of Paris. Ambar also teaches English to adults and children and has held posts at various Parisian museums and gallery spaces.
